These are the standard delivery charges for purchases made at

UK Standard Delivery                   £5.95 (Free for UK orders over £100)

EU Standard Airmail                      £9.95

Non-EU and Rest of the World     £12.95

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all paid orders within 2 working days of receiving full payment and we send our UK deliveries by 48 hour courier as standard unless an alternative option was selected at check out.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates and timescales given below are provided as a guide only.

Orders Despatched to UK Addresses

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived in after 7 days please contact us

European and Worldwide Orders

For European destinations please allow 7-12 days and for the rest of the world please anticipate orders may take up to 15 working days to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time frame please contact us

We send all customers a despatch email stating clearly when their order was posted and when they should expect it to arrive and aim to answer any queries within 48 hours.Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm excluding bank holidays.

Please ensure that you choose the right option when proceeding through the check out. If you do not see the option you require please contact us and we will send out a revised invoice

We always obtain proof of posting for all orders placed with us however we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post but we will assist our customers in every way we can if this does occur

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are the result of industrial action,  transport strikes or any other disruptions to normal postage services for which we have no control. You should also expect delays in shipment if it is a national holiday or Christmas.

Items not Received or Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your purchase does not arrive or has been damaged in transit please contact us and we will assist you and keep you informed of any developments

Please note: Compensation claims can take several weeks and Happy Wedding Day may be limited as to what we can do  in certain cases but we will do our best to help you as much as we can.

If you have placed an order via our eBay store or another online outlet  please contact us via the site where you made your purchase quoting any reference numbers as this will allow us to promptly deal with any queries you may have.
